By: Debbie Friedman

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve."
- Napolean Hill

Hypnosis is an enjoyable, easy and effective way to change our bad habits into good ones and our negative feelings into positive ones. All of our emotions, beliefs, and habits reside in the subconscious mind and hypnosis provides direct access to the subconscious mind to replace any negatives with powerful, positive beliefs.

What is hypnosis?

Let’s look at it from another angle of what hypnosis is not. In today’s world of deception, perception, and misconception it is a little hard to figure out one from another when trying to learn new things. Hypnosis over the years has had many misconceptions link to it so you must understand them before knowing what possable with hypnosis and what is not.

The first misconception is seen through the movies and media and is that in some way a hypnotist  will have some form of control over you mind. False!

As well Hypnosis has been given the perception that it in some way has the ability to control another person’s will. This is false and again only in the movies. There are endless misconceptions when working with the mind and having the power to heal with it.
